Kids at The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team are trained how and when to use Jiu Jitsu. They develop respect for the sport, their instructors, and their peers through the structure and support provided in each class. In our kids’ class we implement technique drilling, live training, and we play games to keep the kids engaged in a fun atmosphere.

Training Jiu Jitsu at The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team in Castle Rock puts kids in an atmosphere where they can succeed with any sized opponent, gain self-esteem and confidence in their skills, and learn to never give up. We train our kids team in the skills they need to feel confident in threatening situations. Our kids team at The Rock Jiu Jitsu Team are taught how to assess and de-escalate situations without needing to physically use their skills, but are also trained in what to do should it become necessary to defend oneself.
Kids Jiu Jitsu is a healthy way to stay active, build confidence, and develop respect for themselves and others. Classes are exciting and teach skills that build upon each students individual abilities in a safe environment.
